About The Author

Gisele Richardson - President and founder of Richardson Management Associates Ltd,    Montreal Quebec. 

Gisele is a Human Factors Specialist with a special interest in aviation. I heard her speak to an aviation group where she delivered “Cinderella in the Flight Department.” This was over 15 years ago when I was a Chief Engineer for a corporation’s flight department.  I was so impressed with what I heard that I requested and was given a copy of it.  Part of the article became part of the original Human Performance in Maintenance workshop.
